These custom designs are curated to include an "All-IN" project estimate, 3D Renderings and floor plans of space, and a comprehensive selection process with our design team to determine needed cabinetry, flooring, tile, plumbing, lighting fixtures, paint colors and more. Our team procures all needed materials and project manages job to completion.
Design Only Services
Reconfiguring and renewing your space is our specialty. We will work with your preferred contractor to create custom interior design and renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, mud rooms, basements, whether it be a full or partial home renovation.
These custom designs are also curated to include a design fee estimate, possibly 3D Renderings and floor plans of space, and/or comprehensive materials presentation to include needed items like custom cabinetry, flooring, tile, plumbing, lighting fixtures, paint colors and more. For an additional fee, we can also project manage your entire renovation, meaning every detail is taken care of from the start to the finish of your project.
Interiors, Designer Services
Once your renovation is complete, we are here to help you add those soft touches. From carpets to wall paper, furniture and decor, we can guide you in curating your space.
These designer services include a design fee estimate, mood boards, drawings where applicable, access to designer only accounts and offerings, needed trades, and much more.
